This troubleshooting page only covers issues we can describe honestly: status after patches, wrong config, cluttered overlays and checkout confusion. It is not a substitute for the seller’s loader guide.

Overlay missing after a patch

Game updates commonly break third-party drawings. Check the seller product status first. Do not keep launching an old build because a blog said it was fine last week.

Too many labels

If the screen is unreadable, that is usually Max World Distance, node filters and player ESP all at once. Turn Combat Mode on, or load a smaller config. Not every failure is a “detection event.”

Purchase or key problems

Aion2Hack does not issue keys. Use the seller portal or the order email from checkout. Site bugs (broken links on aion2hack.net) can go to support@aion2hack.net.
